Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form on this site. Tell us about your truck — type, trailer, preferred lanes, and any restrictions you have. This is a quick 10-minute conversation.

What you'll need:
  • MC Number and DOT Number
  • Truck and trailer type
  • Preferred operating states or regions
  • Copy of your insurance certificate (COI)
02

We Set Up Your Profile

Our team creates your carrier profile and submits your carrier packet to our network of freight brokers. We handle all the onboarding paperwork — you just approve and sign.

We handle:
  • Carrier packet preparation and submission
  • Broker network registration
  • Communication preferences setup
  • Agreement on commission rate (8–10%)
03

We Find and Book Your Loads

Our dispatchers actively search load boards and contact brokers to find freight that fits your truck and lane preferences. Once we find a good load, we negotiate the rate and confirm it with you before booking.

Our search covers:
  • DAT Load Board
  • Truckstop.com
  • Direct broker contacts
  • Dedicated contract freight when available
04

You Pick Up and Deliver

We send you all the pickup details — shipper address, contact, reference numbers, and delivery instructions. We manage check calls with the broker while you drive. You focus on safe and on-time delivery.

We manage during the load:
  • Check calls to broker at pickup, in-transit, and delivery
  • Delay or weather update communications
  • Detention time tracking if applicable
  • Any issues or changes from brokers
05

You Get Paid

After delivery, you submit the POD (proof of delivery). The broker pays you directly or through QuickPay. Our commission (8–10% of gross load rate) is deducted from the agreed amount. That's it — no surprises.

Payment process:
  • POD submission within 24 hours of delivery
  • Broker payment terms: standard 30–35 days, or QuickPay 1–3 days
  • Commission invoiced separately and transparently
  • Factoring company coordination available if needed
